Canning Apple Butter has been on my to-do list for a while, and now I'm going to make it happen!
I've made crockpot apple butter before, and it's delicious, but I've always put it in the freezer. But we're trying to cut down on our electric use (three freezers going besides the one on top of the 'fridge) and I want to try canning the apple butter this time.
I'm going to change up the recipe just a little, by using allspice instead of cinnamon. Fingers Crossed!
